Return & Refund Policy – MZ Watches Co. (Local Customers – Sri Lanka)

At MZ Watches Co., we take pride in offering 100% authentic timepieces sourced from authorized distributors. Each watch is carefully inspected before dispatch. As we deal in premium products, our return policy is outlined clearly

1. Returns Under Special Circumstances

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

• If the item has a manufacturer defect (not caused by misuse or external damage).
• If the wrong product was delivered.
• If the item was damaged during delivery (must be reported immediately).

Important:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product must remain unused, with all original packaging, warranty cards, tags, manuals, and protective stickers intact.

  • We reserve the right to inspect and verify the issue before approving any claim.


2. Exchange Policy

Friendly Exchange Option (Goodwill Basis)

As a goodwill gesture, we may accommodate an exchange for a higher-priced item if informed in advance so that the warranty card is not stamped.

This option is subject to approval and strictly valid within 3 days, provided the product remains in original condition with all materials intact. This option is not applicable for sale items.

• Applicable only for products of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid if upgrading).
• The item must be unused, in original condition, with complete packaging, documents, and proof of purchase.
• Items showing wear, resizing, scratches, strap changes, or tampering are not eligible.


3. Pre-Orders

• Pre-ordered items are confirmed specifically for the customer.
• Once a preorder is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Custom orders or specially sourced models
• Used products
• Accessories such as straps (if worn or fitted)


5. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A defective item

  • A damaged item

  • An incorrect product
