Warranty Conditions
At MZ Watches, we are committed to delivering high-quality and authentic timepieces to our customers. However, our warranty policy does not cover the following:
1. Batteries, Straps, Bracelets & Watch Glasses
• Wear and tear of these components is not included under the warranty coverage.
2. Damage or Breakage Caused from Mishandling
• Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or improper care is not eligible for repair or replacement.
3. Water Penetration
• Water damage will not be covered unless the watch is specifically marked as water-resistant.
4. Tarnishing of Watch Bracelets or Cases
• Discoloration or tarnishing caused over time due to exposure to the environment or personal usage is excluded.
Additional Notes
• The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects within the specified warranty period.
• Warranty claims must include the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
